Hi,

I am having problems when uploading a file into the system. I have tried many formats> xls, doc, txt, ods, pdf, but usnsuccessfully.

The problem is when I browse the file and save it the status of the file changes from empty to converting, but it doesn't change to converted anymore.

After 15 min, if i refresh the page, it says thta the conversion failed. I don't understand how long should it take to convert an 19 kb file, or am I doing something wrong?

Is the problem still existent?
It may be that there was a server issue at the time ...

Hi Maik,

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately the problem persists. I have tried already 3 days in a row. The status of the file remains at converting and nothing can be changed anymore. If I reload the file or switch tabs the status will change to conversion failed.

What could be the done? I mention that untill now everything worked fine and I successfully finished all the previous steps, only this last step is causing troubles.

P.S. I was also  not able to upload the screenshot on the forum because of some errors that the website was throwing. Could this be related to the problem I described above?

the possible server problem is independent of your problem, since you are working locally on your PC - My fault before.

I will talk to my colleague about your problem on Monday and then inform you.

the only thing you were suppose to do was to change its status in the "Action Menu" to "Converted".
